Below are the 10 questions we asked the participants along with a purple bar chart to make it easier to visualize and compare the feedback.
1) How old are you?
From our Questionnaire and Feedback for our film we have learnt that most of our target audiences are males, aged around 15 - 17 with a few being older and younger. This means that we should aim to make a film that might have a age certificate rating of around 15, or maybe even a 12, so that it can be viewed by a larger target audience. Also from our primary research we have learnt that majority of people who we surveyed prefer to watch a thriller and action movie. This means that we should also make our film an action or thriller genre to appeal to the target audience.
As we initially planned on making either an action, thriller or horror film - six of our questions asked the participants were 'what would you expect in a thriller, action and horror film?' and 'what location will suit a thriller, action and horror film?'. This was so that we can get an all around idea, and the target audiences expectations for each of these genres.
Last of all we asked the participants which of the four film titles seems most appealing to them. The top two titles are 'LOST' and 'The Alliance'. Even though these were the top two choices, 'The Alliance' had nearly double the votes as 'LOST'. This shows us that our film should be called 'The Alliance' as this is the most popular and could also fall under an action and thriller film.
